Responsible Person

The 'Responsible Person' is the person responsible for applying your organisation (or workplace) drug and alcohol policy and/or procedure on-site. There is a requirement for a nominated Responsible Person to be available whilst the on-site observation is taking place For example, if there is a non-negative on-site result the Collector will contact the Responsible Person to manage the Donor.
